+ What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests inside the Barn. If you would like more guests to attend your wedding, we have plenty of outdoor space to set up a rental tent.

+ What is the catering policy?

We welcome outside caterers as long as they are insured and approved by PVB before signing your contract with them.

+ How much does it cost to rent?

We offer a variety of event packages to help best suit your needs. Inquire to learn more about pricing and what's inlcluded. 

+ When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 180 days before your event.

+ What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to $2,500. Your next payment will be due 280 days out from your event and will be for 50% of the price of your selected package. The remaining balance will be due 180 days out from your event.

+ Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample designated parking space available on the property.

+ How much is additional time?

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $300 per hour. 

+ Do you have overnight accommodation?

Yes, there is a 3 bed, 1 bath Airbnb conveniently located on the property that is available for you to reserve for your event. If you need to book for your event, please visit our Airbnb site as soon as possible to block off the desired dates. 

+ Is there a clean-up fee?

There will be no additional fees unless an agreement is made ahead of time for PVB staff to help with any extra cleanup. If there are excessive damages, PVB will have to charge a fee to the renter.
