Start Friday with your rehearsal and setup, celebrate Saturday (wedding day), and gather Sunday morning for a relaxed farewell. Having the venue for three days means you can take your time and truly settle in.

​Our beautiful bridal suite is for our couples to enjoy for a complimentary 1-night stay.

EXCLUSIVE VENDOR POLICY
Please note that Ella Mack Creative (Coordination) and Top Shelf Bartending (Beverage Services) are exclusive vendors for all events at Pioneer Valley Barn. No outside vendors may be substituted for these services under any circumstances. All communication regarding upgrades or add-ons must be made directly with the respective vendor following your official booking confirmation.

Exclusive Venue Access: With over 15 acres, you and your guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful property, including our rustic red barn and expansive outdoor event spaces.

Day-Of Coordinator: Exclusive basic day-of coordination, provided by Ella Mack Creative.
Bartending: Exclusive basic bartending services through Top Shelf Bartending.
Setup/Takedown: Celebrate stress-free! Simply take your personal belongings and decor, and we'll handle the rest of the cleanup.
Tables & Chairs: 15 round tables that comfortably seat 8 guests, 125 white ceremony chairs, 130 Lifetime reception chairs, 25 gold chevron chairs with white cushions, 4x8ft rectangular tables, 6x6ft rectangular tables, 2x4ft rectangular tables, and 12 large picnic tables. Setup and takedown of tables and chairs available for use.
Decor: Personalize your celebration with your chosen wedding arch, available exclusively for your event. In addition, explore our hand-picked selection of decor items for rent, each chosen to evoke barn-style elegance and create an atmosphere that truly reflects your vision.
Sound System: Our indoor sound system and microphone are available for use inside the barn. However, for an optimal audio experience, we recommend DJ rentals from our preferred vendor list.
Outdoor Entertainment: Enjoy the outdoors with our included entertainment options! Gather around the open fire pit, challenge your guests to a classic horseshoe game, and relax in our spacious outdoor patio. Plus, take in the serene beauty of our pond with doc access perfect for a quiet moment or stunning photo opportunities.

Final Touches Suite: Our Final Touches Suite is the perfect space for our brides to rest before they walk down the aisle. With incredible natural light and intentional design, our Bridal Suite provides a safe-haven and a perfect photo opportunity.
Groom's Den: Our Barn loft offers a rustic cozy retreat. Perfect for relaxing and finding your own little hideaway. The Groom's den provides an exclusive space just for the gentlemen, while the ladies can get ready in our elegant bridal suite, available for booking on Airbnb.

Parking: Our gravel parking lot offers plenty of space for all of your guests.
Rustic Restrooms: Experience the perfect blend of old-fashioned charm and modern convenience in our on-site bathrooms. Designed for both Mrs. and Mr. each facility features heated running water, and delightful rustic decor, ensuring you enjoy every moment of comfort on your special day.
Quonset: Exclusive area for caterers to prep food for your event.
